If there are a number of elementary school level books that discuss change, then is change actually possible when there is no shortage of newly published reflux in this genre?

The best thing about Kotter’s book was that it was short and easy to read but that was also its downfall. The main theme of the book is how change can be very difficult and it should be worked out with good planning and team effort. There are no discussion topics on this book yet.
Every day for a week 20 penguins came up with new slogans and put them on ice posters scattered around the iceberg. When one curious bird discovers problem signs in the iceberg, few penguins want to listen to him. But contained within the story and the characters is a powerful message about the fear of change and how to motivate people to face the future and take pur. The situations and reactions to the iceberg melting are clear, identifiable, and are easy to meltinh to the personal experiences.
