I liked the new characters that were added into this book, and the return of old characters such as her ex-fiance Jordan and her old boss Tom. Jan 18, Elaine rated it liked it Shelves: Even though I have not read the first two editions in this series, circumstances were well enough explained that Bu could easily follow and the hints of mysteries before such as a Satanic frat ceremony sound intriguing enough to make readers want to go back and start at the very beginning.

After reading the first two books in the series, I had mixed feelings—but I was really enjoying the third entry until the last few pages. Tell Me Three Things.

I love when something suits my life so perfectly in the given moment. I’m sure that knowing the characters in the book may have given the characters more depth, but it certainly wasn’t necessary to understand the storylin I had ordered several books by Meg Cabot, and without paying attention to the order that they were ibg and published, I read this one first. It’s one of those laugh out loud type of books that everyone in the room wants to know what you are reading that is so funny!

The murder mystery, murderer, solving the mystery biig ending of the book were all dumb. Always Something There to Remind Me. The mystery was very predictable; however, the way it’s executed and the confrontation between Heather and the murderer is priceless, so I was okay with it.

And when the latest murdered corpse to clutter up her jurisdiction turns out to be her exceedingly unlovable boss, Heather finds herself on the shortlist of prime suspects—along with the rabble-rousing boyfriend of her high-strung student assistant and an indecently handsome young campus minister who’s been accused of taking liberties with certain girls’ choir members.

I can say, though, that even not having read the first two books in this series I wasn’t lost. That being said, it was enjoyable and I like Megs writing style. You’ve successfully reported this review.

Big Boned (Heather Wells, #3) by Meg Cabot

The Trouble with Valentine’s Day. I love Heather Wells the main character. That’s what happened with Big Boned. Meg Cabot Fan Club: While the characters are crazy, they’re believable. The murderer wasn’t, but that’s a different topic. Hopefully 1 and 2 were much better than this one, because I found it ridiculous. This is probably my least favorite book in the series so far.

It turns out Reverend Mark is a little too friendly with the college girls, whether they want him to be or not. Loved how this book ended. Well, most of them.
